BIGELOW I am seeking more information about Elizabeth and Palmer Bigelow, husband and wife, who lived in Los Angeles at the turn of the 20th century. Palmer was sec/treas of the Hayden & Lewis Company, a carraige and saddelry concern. Palmer had an earlier wife from a marriage that appears to have taken place in San Francisco. In 1904 Palmer sought to divorce Elizabeth, his bride of 22 years, on the grounds that he had not divorced his first wife, one gal named Fannie. The judged denied his request!
