Looking for my mothers father! She was born in San Francicso 3/7/1961 to Iola Osterholm (goes by Sandy). Her mother was 19 (born in 1942) when she was born. Her father name so we are told was Walter Voigt. May have been in the military and may have been stationed or lived in San Diego. He may have just gone by "Walter" maybe his first name was something else? We have been searching for years! We are assuming he was around the same age or maybe older! Grandmother said she wrote him to tell him she was pregnant and he said he would send money that is the last she ever heard of him. My grandmother had dark hair dark eyes, and my mother is dark blond with hazel/blue eyes. ANyone with any info that can help would be appreciated.
