Nicolas "Pancho" Charre. He lived in Mar Del Plata, Argentina 1912-1992 or so. (I'm not so good with dates). He had two sisters- Who live in the La Plata region of Buenos Aires Province (not the city itself) in Argentina. My father Jorge Alberto Charre was a single child.
