I was born on June 11, 1972 in Pendleton, OR to my parents who last name was Stillman and according to adoption records were married at the time. I do not know birth mother's maiden name. The attending doctor was Dr. Diehl. The adoption was handled privately through a lawyer. I am not wanting to intrude in their lives, but need a medical history for the sake of my children.
