I am looking for the father of Charles (Charlie) McMichael. Charles was born in the 1850's somewhere in Ga. The family remembers that when he was boy his mother, a Bradford, died and his father was away fighting in the Civil War. Charlie moved to AL with his Bradford relatives who were left to take care of him. The father never come to get his son, but in later years some family members heard news of the father. Here's what I know about him. He was a McMichael married to a Bradford. He served in the Civil War. Later married and had a very large family.
