I am researching Micheal Foley, born in Ireland abt. 1848. Micheal was living in the Pittsburgh area of Pennsylvania in 1877 when he and his wife Charlotte (Boyd) had their first child, George Boyd Foley. Micheal listed his occupation, on George's birth record, as policeman. When Charlotte died in 1917, she was listed as a widow.
