Looking for information for a Sierra Anderson of Northern VA. Was supposedly a Civil War veteran (confederate) but I can find no proof of this. He shows up on the census as S.G.M. Anderson, married to a Cloe Ann Godfrey. Had a son Robert Lee Anderson. Was around the Prince William Co area. According to family lore, was from Fairfax Co. and related to Robert E Lee, and was struck by train while walking on tracks.
