I was born on Nov. 23, 1959 in Memphis, Tn. Adopted name is Ruth Ann Seibert and was told my mother was a maid in Memphis and that I had siblings. Adopted at approx. 2 years old - had trouble locating my father to obtain permission for adoption. My adopted mother told me my birth name was Betty. Interested in any information regarding my birth mother and siblings.
