Hello, I am in search of my birth parents and have been for quite some time now. My birth name was "Infant Boy Congdon" I do not know if this name was from my father or mother. I was born on November 18th, 1961 in San Jose, California. My mother was 5' 3" blonde hair and blue eyes. Born 1942 (?) (possibly lived in Washington DC and Wheaton, IL) My birth father was 6' 1" brown hair and blue eyes. Born in 1941 served in the Navy.
