This may be a really long shot but I'll give it a try. I have a picture of my grandmother, Emma Lee Utley -- married name Shirley. I was told that she was the Cotton Queen in Georgia. She was born in Gracewood, Georgia in 1895 and I know she was living in North Carolina in 1912 so this must have been between those times. Can anyone point me in the right direction to check this out? I'm having a hard time find information on her and my grandfather, also born in Georgia -- Habersham County.
