LOOKING FOR BIRTH PARENTS AND/OR RELATIVES! I am a white female who was born on 11-3-1966 at cook county hospital, adopted thru the Cradle. I am searching for birth mom/dad, or any other living relatives. i was told i am part german, english, and PA dutch, and that my mom was 19 and my dad was 21 at the time of my birth. my birth parents were informed that my adoptive parents would raise me as a christian scientist. they are from PA. I recall seeing a document at the bank that said "baby girl cornish" on it, but i can't retrieve those papers, they are in my parent's saftey deposit box. but that might be my biological parents name- one of them anyway? | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
