Searching for my Birth Parents( Kim, Jung Chul and Park, Song E), Family, and Relatives. My name is Kim, Jong Il. I was born April 22, 1976. On March 7, 1977 I was referred to Eastern Child Welfare Societ Inc. after being abandoned at Namsung Police Box by a man who seemed to be in his 50's. On October 18th, 1977 I was placed in an adoption through Children's Home Society of Minnesota. This adoption became legal on June 12, 1978. Anyoone with information please contact me.
