Looking for Elizabeth Meadors, born about 1775 in Laurens Co., S.C. Married about 1790-97 to Matthew Waldrop who was born in 1774 in Newberry or Laurens Co., S.C. She died about 1806 in S.C. possibly at the birth of her fifth child, Catherine. Matthew remarried twice after her death. He died in Haralson Co., Ga. in 1860. Their children were: Violet, Nancy, Dicey, Margaret "Peggy", and Catherine. Trying to see if she is related to the famous Meadors/Meaders pottery family of North Georgia.
