I am searching for my birth parents - I think my oldest brother gave me up as he may have had an affair or something so his dad and step mom raised me and called me theirs. My name is Toni Rae Arthur and my birth certificate says I was born 2/10/70 at Community Hospital, Spfld, Oh. I believe that maybe the birth parents especially the mother lived in the northern area of Ohio like Urbana, North Lewisburg, Marysville, Richwood areas? Rick Arthur is who I believe is my birth father. I want to know anything, please? I feel my parents who raised me hid this all their lives and now they are dead. Their names were Tom and Wanda Arthur. I think they helped Rick out with a private adoption so there may not be a paper trail. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
