We are looking for my Dad's birth mother/family. He was born at St. Ann's in St. Louis August 1937. He was taken from the orphanage in April 1938 and permanently adopted April 1940. He saw a birth certificate that stated he was illigetimate and his birth mother's last name was Rucker.
