I'm looking for information on the parents and siblings of Willis Hardwick, b. 14 Oct 1786, Virginia, d. 11 Jan 1866, Greene County, Illinois. Married Anna Scoggins on 18 Feb 1824, Todd County, Kentucky. I found a document on the history of Elkton, Todd County, KY, that stated Willis Hardwick arrived there in 1817 from Buckingham County, Virginia. Others arriving with him in 1817 from Buckingham County were Charles Mann, Matthew Thompson, John M. Harns, and Joseph McBride. All were said to be of English descent. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
