 I'm looking for information on the following surnames: Thompson (originally Thomson), Henderson, Alexander, Mathieson, Dwyer and Sullivan. My family emigrated from Scotland to Australia between 1820-1865. The Thompsons (Thomsons), Mathiesons, and Alexanders came from from the Lanarkshire, Glasgow area. I think David Henderson came from Stirlingshire and Ellen or Eleanor (maiden name) Dwyer and husband Michael Sullivan's family came from Ayr. The Thompsons emigrated to Victoria. David Henderson, Ellen Dwyer and Michael Sullivan to NSW.
