STALCUP | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Query Text: |
I am looking for any information on the Stalcup's of the Clay Twp/Granville area- in particular, Isaac (b. 1826 in VA) and his wife Mary and their children (especially Robert Lee Stalcup). My great grandfather is Robert Lee Stalcup (b. 1868), who ended up in Blair, NE and married a Minnie Virginia (unknown maiden name) - but I'm not sure if she was also from Monroe Co. I have no record of Issac after the 1880 census. Isaac's parents were John and Rachel Stalcup, and they are buried at Spencer's Chapel cemetery. Does Spencer Chapel still exist, and if so, can anyone provide a contact - I am not finding anything through Google. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
