I am researching the TUNNEY family of Northumberland County, England. My line is my GGGG Grandparents, John TUNNEY and Mary STEEL. My GGG Grandparents, Richard TUNNEY and Margaret CARMICHAEL. My GG Grandparents, John TUNNEY and Susan BROWN. My G Grandparents, Heyward RITTER and Mary TUNNEY. My Great Grandfather John TUNNEY immigrated to USA and settled in Jefferson Township, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. Due to boundary changes, it became, Union Township, Washington County, Pennsylvania. I understand that John William TUNNEY was a cousin to John TUNNEY. He also immigrated to USA/PA, married a Mary, had children and lived next door to John TUNNEY and his family. I am very interested in learning more about my Great Grandfather's family in England. I received an email through Cousinconnect from a cousin in England but have not been able to respond, as the email cannot be delivered to the Freeserve address.
