Information I have needs proof: Was a Private in Captain Alexander Parker's Company of Foot of the Virginia Detatchment (appeared on Company Muster Roll) Appears on a list of Officers and Soldiers of the Virginia Line on Continental Establishment - Posey's Regiment Appears in Lieutenant Charles Stockley's Book of Accounts. Also, did Joseph receive a pension? If so, I need the number. Did his wife Nancy Cheek Gilbert receive a widow's pension??
