I am a direct descendant of Roswell Clarke and Brittania (nee Burnham) Fairbanks and their son, Roswell Dean (Alice nee Billings)of the Easton area, Adams County, Wisconsin. My understanding is that Roswell Dean Fairbanks owned and operated a sawmill on the Wisconsin River, and possibly, a custom threshing business.
