I was born in Arlington VA on May 2nd 1965. I was adopted at 3 days old to Raymond and Bette Fransen. I have lost both of them to cancer. I remember them telling me that I had a brother who was older than me, they had tried to adopt as well but it did not work out. I am tring to find him as well as my biological mother whose name as I was told was Wilma Joann Copeland. My brother name is Joseph copeland.
