Researching John Petrie, born 1845 in Scotland. In the 1870's he was a Land Steward in Queen's County, Ireland. Returned to Scotland in 1875 to marry Isabella Samson. Returned to Queen's County where their son John was born in 1877. Which Estate did John Petrie work on? The son John Petrie came to Canada in 1903.
