I am looking for my birth daughter born March 2, 1989 in Columbus, Ga. She was originally named Ashley Elizabeth Johnson. The birth was at the Medical Center in Columbus and arranged by a local physician. She weighed 8lbs 81/2 oz at birth with dark hair. The adoptive parents were living in New York state and flew down upon hearing of her birth. I have never forgotten about her and wrote a long letter to her and her adoptive parents stating why I could not keep her and raise her alone.
