Searching for Birth Parent(s). I was born March 13, 1968 at Fairfax Hospital in Fairfax, VA. I am african american. My birth mother was in foster care or in the care of family members (aunts?) other than her mother. I was placed 3 days later with my adopted family in Culpeper, VA. The adoption was handled through Fairfax Department of Social Services. The case worker was named Ms. Lilly.
