I am searching for any birth family that I may have. I believe that my mother's name is Marilyn. She and her family are of Maidu ancestry. She was born between 1945-1948. I was born Barbara Marie Beatty in French Camp California on April 30, 1967. I lived between my mother, my maternal grandfather, and great-grandmother until I went into foster care in 1972. My sister, Lynn Ann, was born in 1969. Lynn and I were together in foster care for several years, until we were adopted by seperate families. I remember being visited by my grandfather, and a(step?) uncle (named Dan?) and a(step?)Aunt (named Debbie?) while in foster care. I recall that Debbie had a hobby of either cross-bow or riffle shooting, and that the family lived around Oroville (or Orville?) in the early 1970's, somewhere where the roads were "red". | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
