I am in search of my birth parents - Angele and Joseph Tacher. I was born in Beirut, Lebanon on September 21, 1962. However, my adoption papers have me listed as a foundling with my parents being dead, and I was adopted at the Saint Vincent de Paul Orphanage in Beirut, Lebanon. A subsequent search in 1992 through an Embassy revealed that my birth is listed on a registry in Rmeil, Beirut as an illegitimate child. I am searching for my parents and any siblings I may have
