researching Robert Tripp of West Greenwich Kent RI who was a loyalist with Jessup's Loyal Rangers. came to Quebec in 1783. First wife was Patience Herrington, one son named Samuel Tripp born in US in 1779, other children named Patience, Macy, Alice, Gideon. Robert's parents amy have been Amy Shippee and Gideon Tripp of RI.Does anyone have further information? I'm happy to share all I have.
