I am searching for birth mother and a sister. I was born 9-22-59 in Rusk,Tx.I was told my birth name was Margaret Ann. My sister is about 12 yrs. older.I was taken from my mother by the Tyler-Smith County Child Welfare in Tyler,Tx. I was taken from birth mother due to neglect. Mrs. Kelly Spratlan was the supervisor.I was placed in adopted parents home on 12-20-60.
