I am a 27 year old female, mother to a beautiful 4 yr old and I am looking for a half sister born in 1981 0r 1982 at Oshawa General Hospital, Oshawa Ontario. Birth mothers name was Barb Brownlee, she was an alcoholic and gave a baby girl for adoption. Dave Hircock was named as bfather on the birth certificate. My sister possibly once lived in the Haliburton area. Bmother gave out pictures of baby when born and all I know is that she had black hair and was an average size.
