I am looking for information about my grandmother Elsa Fernandes who was a opera singer in guyana in the 1930's. I am her grandaughter and are currently living in Australia. Elsa and her husband stanely owned a hotel in guyana which burnt down in a fire in the 50's or 60's lossing all records of her performance days.
