I am searching for the parents of Solomon G. Humphrey who was born May of 1840 I think in Bremen or Nobleboro Maine. Solomon was married to Sophronia (don't know maiden name) and they had two children, Nancy E. (Nellie) and Edith. I believe Edith died young. Solomon married Mary E. Avery and lived in Bremen, Maine for a time, then moved to Georgetown, Maine. He had a son William who died young, and a daughter Susan (Susie) and a daughter Grace who was born in 1890. Grace married Byron Campbell of Georgetown, Maine. After Mary E. Avery Humphrey died, he married Hannah Harford. They had no children together. I may be leaving out a son, by the name of George that Mary and Solomon had. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
