Seeking info about the William and Sarah NEWMAN family of Brookdale tp in Rush Co Kansas from late 1870's onwards. William was born abt 1836 in Ohio, Sarah was born abt 1845 in Scotland. Their known children (Harman, Burns, Margaret, E May and William H) were born in Illinois and Kansas. They may have been Quakers, as son Wm H attended Friends' University in Wichita.
