I am searching for either of my birthparents, my name when born was Joanne Skinner but was later changed when I was adopted in the spring of 1975. I was born in Potomac Hospital in Prince William County, Virginia 01/03/1975. I do know they were not married. I have brief descriptions of my birth parents (at the time I was born) but little info other than that. I know I was taken home by my birthmother for a short time and she decided that it be best to put me up for adoption and have be go to someone who she thought could give me a better home.
