My great uncle, Jakob Elias Poritzky, has been connected with a famous relative, O. Manes Rosenbaum. His mother's name was Jenny Rosenbaum and her father was Aaron Rosenbaum, a famous cantor. I am not sure where all of them lived. My great uncle lived in Lomza, Poland and in Karlsruhe and Berlin, Germany. Jenny also lived in Lomza and Karlsruhe. I don't know where the others lived. I found a reference to O. Manes Rosenbaum in an obituary of Jakob Elias Poritzky in a newspaper, published in Germany. I have been researching my great uncle and would appreciate any clues. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
