Query Text: |
I"m looking for any info on anyone who might know about a small port or village in Prusia during the 1700's and very early 1900's named KOLBERG. I'm sure the original spelling is different. Possibly was spelled Kholberg or may be Kholzberg, Kohlberg, Kohlzberg, or something close. I believe the town was in northern Germany or Poland. My ancestors come from both Poland and Germany and that is where my last name originated in the port or village of Kolberg, Prusia, now believed to be a part of Poland. Other family names are Klempel and Arhorn. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
