Looking for information on the Langridge family from Holywood, Down, N. Ireland. Trying to find birth record for Adam George Langridge (1868)in Holywood, Down, N. Ireland. His parents were Thomas Langridge and Mary Murphy. I haven't been able to trace them at all except that they died around 1871 and that Adam was raised by the Adam George family. They had a daughter named Agnes. Adam married Violet Ashley Parkinson, daughter of John Parkinson from Belfast in or around 1906, in Belfast. Does anyone know where the Langridge family originated from? England or Scotland are my guesses because my grandfather always sang a song referring to Scotland.
