I am searching for my birth parents and siblings: Father: Robert Lloyd Penland Mother: Ruth Rice (maiden name) Penland Brother: John (Jonathon?)Penland Sister: Patricia Penland (had blonde hair as a young child) My pre-adoption name was Cathy Dian Penland (DOB: 7/8/1964) and I have red hair. Our social worker, Ann Clayton, placed Johnny & Patty together for adoption and she placed my sister, Donna Gail Penland (DOB: 7/29/1965), and me together for adoption. We lived in Buncombe County (Asheville, Charlotte).
