I am trying to trace details on the parents of Edward, William, John & Mary JAMES born between 1850 & 1866. He father was Rueben E JAMES & the mother could have been Cecilia HARVEY. I know that Mary was born on the Isle of Wight about 1866 and the boys were born in Wales - maybe Pembroke are. The parents died while he children were young and that went to live with an Unlce John ?JENKINS and his wife Sarah in a coach house attached to a castle in Wales. The uncle was employed as a gardener. The children immigrated to South Australia in the early 1800's. Mary Jane married a William James THOMAS in 1884 in Newcastle, New South Wales. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
