My name is Courtney Lynn, I was born on May 23, 1980 at Madigan Hospital in Tacoma, WA. I weighed 4lbs 8 oz, I was incubated for two weeks and then went into foster care for about two-three weeks until my parents adopted me at when I was 11 weeks old. I am in search of my birth Mother or Father. I know that my Mothers maiden name was Lori Allison and my Fathers name was Jeff Fleming, they both resided in Bremerton, WA at the time I was given up for adoption. Lori had blonde hair, green eyes and was 5'6. Jeff had dark hair, blue eyes and was 6'1. I am guessing I look like my Mother. I am 5'7 I have green eyes and long blonde hair. I know at the time of my adoption that my file was closed and that until I reached 21 then could I ask for it to be opened. I am hoping that posting something on here will help lead the way for me to finding out about my biological family, medical history, and any half brothers or sisters I may have!
