I am searching for my birth mother and/or father who had a son born at 8:22 am on July 27, 1966 at St. Vincent's Hospital in Jacksonville, Florida. I was adopted through Catholic Services to Ed and Eva Head. I know very little about my birth circumstances. I was told that my mother was young and unwed and my father was in the navy. I have received very few specifics from my adoptive parents. Through stories they have told, it seems I did not come to them until I was around 2-3 months old. I am not sure of that fact and do not understand why I would not have been with them right after birth. If this does not track with your circumstance but other information does, it is possible I am wrong about that last fact. I am now the father of 2 young children and would mostly like to know my medical history but would also like to know my birth family. I am not sure what I want beyond that. I am 6 feet tall, weigh 165 lbs, and have dark blond hair and hazel eyes. I wear glasses due to an eye disease known as keratoconus. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
