Searching for my birth mother or birth father who gave up an African-American baby girl. I was born March 31, 1979 at Maricopa County Regional Hospital in Phoenix, AZ. Adoption records are closed and can't contain access. Was told birth mother was in teens when I was given up. Anyone know or have any information, please contact me.
