I am also searching for a daughter born as Candace Marie Ruth at Sherman Hosptial in Elgin,IL. on May 5,1988. In Kane county. My birth date is May 28, 1967. My son was adopted by a family in Addison,Il. His adopted last name is Hoder. I don't know my daughters adopted last name. My maiden name is Ruth and my married last name is Ortiz.
