I am helping my cousin Kara search for her birth parents. Her adoptive parents gave her little information. Her adopted name is Kara Guernsey (5/12/83) She was born at Holy Cross Hospital (aka Salt Lake Regional Medical Center) in Salt Lake City Utah and given up through the Mormon church. She has a birth mark on her chest and the back of her left calf. She weighed 7 lbs and I think 8 oz. It is reported that her birth mother was either 16 or 18 years old. It is also reported that Kara is part Mexican (probably on her birth fathers side).
