I'm looking for my paternal 1/2sibs,children of Bernard E. + Winnie Dale Phillips.The ones that I can remember are Tim,Glenn,and Brenda.We also had a younger brother named Lawrence Wayne,but he drowned in Middleton,WI at the age of 5.Places I know they have lived as children are New Glarus,WI;Middleton,WI;Briggsville,WI;and possibly Black Earth,WI.Uncle Bill Phillips's widow told me of a relative living in Westby,WI. who knows some info that would have helped me find my sibs,but when I phoned him the response I got was "We don't talk about that side of the family".I was shocked enough that it never occurred to me to remind him that he was talking TO that side of the family.I got P.O.ed instead + tore up his contact info.Bad move on my part,because now I'm here with this little info,it's years later,+ this is my best hope of finding anyone.My birth name is Larry Wayne Phillips + ANYONE WHO CAN POINT ME TOWARDS MY SIBS PLEASE eMAIL ME.PLEASE!!!!
