I am searching for either of my birth parents. I was born July 20, 1965 at Mary Donaldson Hospital at the Florence Crittenden Home for Unwed Mothers in Denver, CO. Both birth parents were college students. My birth mother was also adopted and was 19 when I was born. She was from "the west" attending school as a sophmore. She was accomplished in many areas, playing multiple instruments, accomplished seamstress, sorority member, founded a literary society. Felt like getting pregnant showed her that she viewed the world "through rose colored glasses." Her adoptive parents, particularily her father were disappointed in her. Her birth parent information was limited to one parent being Morman and a G.I. My birth father was 21 and a physical education major. He had played semi-pro and college level baseball and basketball. He had green eyes. He had one sister who had children. His mother had breast cancer the year I was born. His family lived on a dairy farm. I believe he was from British Columbia, Canada, since his great-grandfather was a scholar who founded land in British Columbia. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
