Adoption went through Catholic Charities on Lake St. in Chicago. Mrs. Virginia Swick was the case worker that handled the adoption. Dr. Al Khudari was the attending physician at the birth. I was 19 years old at time of birth and adoption. . My maiden name was Elizabeth Meagher. I am now married with a family of 4 sons and my husband. My name is now Siebenthal. At the time of birth Mary Rose had a full head of dark hair and big dark eyes. She had beautiful rosy cheeks and was the most beautiful little girl!
