Looking for birth mother and/or siblings. I was born 12/23/57 in Oconomowoc, WI. Have a sister born in 1954 and a brother born in 1955. Brother & sister were born while mother was married. The birth mother and her husband divorced in 1956.Birth mother was one of 11 children born to a Catholic family, 7 girls & 4 boys. Birth mother voluntarily terminated her parental rights for all three children in 1958. Later that year she petitioned the court for restitution of these rights and she was denied.The children were permanently committed to the State Dept of Public Welfare in 1958. All three of the children had dark hair. Birth mother described as small, 5'2", had asthma and allergic to cosmetics. Completed 9th grade, worked in factory and as a waitress. Prior to adoption I was in two foster/boarding homes. Removed by state from first one in July 1958. Second foster family nicknamed me Patty.
