All information that has been sent was correct.**** It is medically necessary for me to locate my birth relatives. This is extremely serious. Female. I was born Oct 5, 1966 in Franklin, NC. I believe my birthmother was Peggy Rhea Whitley. Born Feb 18, 1942, in Washington, D.C. Married Calhoun Yancey Byrd, III on Sept 29, 1969. Last known residence was DelRay Beach, FL.
