I'm searching for my birth parents. I was born 12/27/61 in New Orleans at Touro Hospital. My name is Charlotte Brauer but my given name before my adoption was "Debra". My birthmother was staying at the Protestant Home for Babies. My mother was about 17 and my father might have been in the military. I was adopted in Dec. of 62 by Morris and Margaret Shaffer. I was told my birthmother name might have been Barbara Jeane Rodibaugh.
